Creator Hop was developed as my Master Thesis project, combining the key areas of my Strategic Design studies, from user research and problem definition to concept development and implementation planning.
The project was inspired by my experience as an independent professional and entrepreneur, where I witnessed the challenges of creating content, building visibility, and communicating value effectively. At the same time, the growing demand for content creation and digital marketing highlighted an opportunity to support startup founders in communicating their products and growing their businesses.
Using a human-centered design approach, I conducted user interviews and applied research methods such as personas and user journeys to understand users’ needs, motivations, and pain points. These insights guided the development of the concept and ensured it was grounded in real experiences.
The project also included UX/UI design, branding, graphic design, and illustration, translating research into a visual and practical solution. Creator Hop demonstrates how strategic design can connect research, communication, and implementation to create meaningful value for entrepreneurs and startups.
