Packet Concierge is a Berlin-based logistics startup tackling one of urban Germany's most frustrating daily problems: unreliable parcel delivery. Carriers frequently miss drop-offs, leave packages in inconvenient spots, and force users into stressful tracking loops. Packet Concierge solves this by connecting people to a network of trusted local pickup points — familiar neighborhood kiosks where parcels wait safely until the user is ready to collect them, on their own schedule.
The project started with a logo refresh and quickly grew into a full brand built from the ground up. This included developing a comprehensive brand manual, key visual system, social media assets, and all the marketing materials needed to launch and communicate the brand. Every element was crafted to feel trustworthy, modern, and approachable — reflecting a service designed to bring calm to an otherwise chaotic experience.
